1. Promotion Overview

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Up On Game Entertainment LLC d/b/a DisruptU (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, Penn State Alumni Association (PSAA), Up On Game Entertainment LLC, Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited (“Virgin Voyages”), iHeart Media, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are NOT eligible to enter or win.
  3. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Entry Open: Upon public announcement of the Promotion on official social media channels.

Entry Close: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Deadline”).

All entries must be received by the Entry Deadline to be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official social media post(s) published by the Sponsor on Instagram and/or Facebook (“Official Post”) and complete ALL FOUR (4) of the following actions:

  1. LIKE the Official Post.
  2. COMMENT on the Official Post (any comment qualifies).
  3. SHARE the Official Post to your personal social media profile (must be a public share).
  4. FOLLOW the Sponsor’s official social media account(s) from which the Official Post was published.

Completion of all four (4) actions constitutes one (1) entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per platform on which the Official Post appears, regardless of the number of accounts held. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (1 winner):

One (1) shared cabin for two (2) guests on the “We Are…At Sea” voyage, sailing August 3 – August 8, 2026, operated by Virgin Voyages. Voyage fare is included. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and any additional add-ons or onboard purchases. Prize is subject to Virgin Voyages’ terms and conditions, including the ticket contract found here: https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions.

By entering this sweepstakes, if selected as the Grand Prize winner, you agree to the Sponsor sharing your information with Virgin Voyages for the purpose of completing the booking.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): To be determined based on cabin category awarded. ARV will be disclosed to the winner at the time of notification.

Prize includes: cabin accommodations for two (2) guests for the duration of the sailing (August 3–8, 2026).

Prize does NOT include: airfare, ground transportation, pre- or post-cruise hotel accommodations, Service Gratuities, onboard purchases, travel insurance, or any other expenses not expressly stated herein.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Important Notice Regarding Themed Experience: The “We Are…At Sea” Penn State-themed cruise experience is contingent upon achieving minimum booking thresholds and is subject to change or cancellation at the Sponsor’s discretion. In the event that the themed sailing does not proceed as described, the grand prize winner will retain the option to sail on the same Virgin Voyages departure (August 3–8, 2026) under Virgin Voyages’ standard operating policies, itinerary, and terms and conditions. The Sponsor will notify the winner of any such change as soon as reasonably practicable. No additional compensation will be provided in connection with any modification to the themed programming.

6. Winner Selection

  1. On or about Thursday, April 30, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  2. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  3. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which their winning entry was submitted. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
  4. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. Failure to return completed documents within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

  1. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
  2. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  3. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, PSAA, Up On Game Entertainment LLC, Virgin Voyages, iHeart Media, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
  4. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
  5. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), or any other social media platform. Entrants release each such platform from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion. Any questions regarding this Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their information as described herein and in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act, federal arbitration law, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall govern all disputes without regard to conflict of law provisions; and (3) any arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania.
